T-West Construction Ltd. is a COR-certified, locally owned and operated general contracting, project management and maintenance company that specializes in commercial construction of various types of projects.

T-West has over 25 years of experience as a commercial builder. The company was originally founded in 1992, by local principals Dave Tissington and Fred Tissington, under the legal title of T-West Canada Development Corp. focusing mainly on the development of its own commercial condominium buildings and professional complexes.
After Fred retired in 2005, Dave continued the T-West brand as T-West Development Corp. Later, in 2007, Dave co-founded T-West Construction, along with Keith Tissington, who has taken the lead in bringing T-West to new horizons in the commercial construction field.

T-West has handled over $100 Million of construction in commercial land development, public tenders, design-build, renovations, tenant improvement, and service/maintenance jobs. T-West has worked on various projects in and around The City of Grande Prairie, including developments such as Grande Banks on 68th and Junction Point Village; tenant improvements including Oranj Fitness, Herbert’s Orthodontics and Shift Imaging Radiology; and the construction of buildings such as the County's Public Works and Stojan’s Power Sports & Marine.
